"My Heart Light"
Heart Light
I have a bright light in my Heart
Even when at times it’s small
When I make my Heart Light bigger
I am happiest of all!
I use my breath to expand it out,
Into a bubble of light all around me
(breathe in through the nose… and out through the mouth 3x)
I’m going to make it firm and strong
And mend any holes that I may see
I’ll give my Heart Light a beautiful color,
Just by thinking of it, it’s done!
I’m ready to go out and have fun today,
And share my Joy with everyone
The Merging Process - OMnium Universe
The merging process, is a very organic skill we all have access to.
In this animation about "merging", Lilly demonstrates in a very simple way, how she uses her Heart Light to communicate with her puppy Sweeney. Lilly's Heart Light is the light of her own unique divine essence. By expanding it out into a big ball of light all around her, Lilly creates her Sacred Space. As Lilly expands out to connect the outer layer of her space with Sweeney's Heart Light, she makes a communication tunnel.
They both remain in their own energy, and the outer layer of the Sacred Space is used to connect with the information particles of light, and through this energy transfer the message is translated and understood.
May this example of merging inspire you to practice and experience this for yourself too. Everything is energy, and that means that everything is information, and you can retrieve any information you desire with your focus, intent, and Spirit Self.

The merging process is easy to learn because it is a very natural way of communication
for our being and Higher Consciousness.
• Inhale through the nose and out through the mouth and bring your attention to your heart (repeat the breathing 3 to 7 times)
• Say: I ask and intend to create a sacred space (visualize a ball of pure light expanding around you)
• I ask and intend that my sacred space is pure and holds only the energy
of my Higher Consciousness and of Source.
• I ask and intend to raise my vibration in perfect alignment with my Spirit Self and to Source
• Now feel / visualize the outer layer of you ball of light, your Higher Self
• Now intend to merge with the Higher self of the person / being you want to communicate with and make a tunnel to that energy space.
• Ask for the information you want to receive to flow organically and in an aligned way to you can feel, sense, experience and understand it.
• Feel the information in your heart
• When done disconnect the tunnel and bring your own energy back to you.
